This is one of my all time favorite looks. First of all, I’m obsessed with the neon trend, and I simply can’t get enough. One of the newest items that I’m absolutely in love with is this neon skirt (here’s another great skirt).

I paired it with a simple black top, to keep the focus on the skirt. I went with a crop top because it works perfectly with the high waistline. The half inch of skin elongates my short frame, and makes the look flirty. I also added a pair of classic black Jeffrey Campbell Lita boots, to add that edgy flair.
