Life in Levis

“I Want To Die With My Blue Jeans On.”
— Andy Warhol

There is nothing I love more than quality denim. I am a denim junkie, denim addict, collector of all things jean. Paige, AG, Joe’s, McGuire, Henry and Belle– these are the pieces I swear by. I wear jeans about 99% percent of my life.

They’re comfortable, can be dressed up or down, and are the literal bomb. So when Levi’s flared back onto the scene (forever on the quest for the perfect 501’s, still hasn’t happened yet), with the Wedgie fit, I was hooked.

I tried on several pairs and let me tell you, most of them are not made for women of my shape, the hips, the thighs, the booty, the incredibly short stature. They were not doing me any favors, at least not until I found this pair.

This pair hugged and fit in all the right places. It sculpted my booty and gave it lift (praise). Had a glorious high rise, slight distressing, and beautiful tapered cuffs. Trust me ladies. These jeans are life giving. I am not joking when I say RUN to your nearest Anthropologie, or click here, and BUY THEM. Your butt will thank you.

I sized up two sizes in these, I’m normally a 27 but went with the 29. If you’re not curvy and are more straight or athletic, go with your normal size, they will stretch a little. If you are slightly curvy, go up one size, if you have a booty that won’t quit, go up two.

I paired these amazing jeans with the most beautiful sweater on the planet Earth. No joke. It also comes in three beautiful colors. I couldn’t resist the red, I mean it’s absolutely gorgeous. But it does come in a cream and black.

The sleeves on this thing are also incredible. Balloon sleeves for the win! If you’re petite like me I recommend going with the extra small!

I finished this look with abeautiful watch from Daniel Wellington. I also have a 15% off coupon code for you! This classic black watch is perfect, and the leather is really supple and beautiful. To save 15% use MIMOSAS15 at checkout!

I’m also wearing my PS1, I’m obsessed, how can I not, and a stacked heel bootie. These are older from Chinese Laundry, but I’ve linked similar ones below! Make sure to check back on Wednesday, I’ll be featuring a guest spotlight on my amazing hair stylist, and she’ll be giving you tips and tricks on everything hot for fall and winter! That’s all for now! See you on Wednesday!
