Chasing Pavement

“I’ve never seen elegance go out of style.”
— Sonya Teclai

I love, love, love this romper, and I feel like it’s a great between seasons piece. The romper incorporates the hort summer short and deep-v, while pairing itself with wintery elements, such as the long, drapey sleeves, and deep coloring.

I love these heels, they were all over NYFW, and I (of course) couldn’t resist a pair. They’re also a great transitional heel because of hte suede material, and the cutouts, which are a huge hit for the booties of the fall. They’re especially fabulous because of the lace up detailing on the front!

I really loved the accesories for this shoot. The shoes, the fabulous stone necklace, and of course the rings and Rebecca Minkoff bag! The bag is small and quilted–a classic, paired with the unique studded design, and the aboslutely perfect shade of grey. I added fun boho rings to go with the styling of the shoot!

I loved this outfit because it was such a fun night-on-the-town feel. It was elegant and trendy, without being over the top, and of course maintaing my own style. I always try to keep my edge, which is why I spiced up this floral, girly romper with an edgy necklace, a harder-edged shoe, and of course something studded.

I added a curl to my stick-straight hair, which is a lot of effort–my hair hates being made anything but straight, because it added to the relaxed, boho vibe.

I love how well this shot captures the beautiful color of the items. You can really see how deep this shade of indigo, and the bag’s unique shade of grey.

Get the Look: Here’s my exact romper, and here is a similiar one. This necklace is similiar to the one I wore (and is one of my fave jewelry shops), and here are the shoes! And of course don’t forget my favorite part: The Bag. I bought this bag on sale at TJ Maxx for fifty bucks, so always check your bargain stores for those amazing steals!

XOXO
